Is ARKHAUS open every day?
ARKHAUS is available to charter for private events every day. For club access and dinner reservations, availability is displayed above.
What's included in the price of my reservation?
For Club Access, the price of your reservation serves as the entry fee, and includes 2 hours of access to the club, along with a complimentary aperitivo spread. Cocktails may be purchased at the bar, and other food add-ons can be pre-ordered at the time of making your reservation.
For Special Events like Off The Grid, each event differs and all details are outlined in the individual ticket page.
What is the refund policy?
All tickets are non-refundable. However, we understand that plans can change. If you’re unable to attend, your ticket is fully transferable—you are welcome to gift it or resell it to another guest. We kindly ask that any ticket transfers be communicated to our team in advance so we may update the guest list accordingly and ensure a seamless experience aboard ARKHAUS.

What happens if it rains?
ARKHAUS operates rain or shine. Enclosed limo tenders offer both indoor and outdoor seating options to and from the marina, and ARKHAUS features a fully enclosed lower deck, cleverly lifted above the waves for an uninterrupted, stable experience aboard. In the case of extreme weather conditions deemed unsafe by the Captain, your reservation will be transferred to a later date. We advise keeping plans flexible for possible reschedules during the rainy season.
Do I have to be an ARKHAUS Member to make a reservation?
No, you do not have to be an ARKHAUS member to make a reservation. We are currently for pre-launch activities, and invite anyone who is interested in ARKHAUS to join us.
Are children allowed on board?
While we love the little ones, ARKHAUS is strictly a 21+ venue, unless rented out for a private event.
Are pets allowed on board?
With the exception of service dogs, we regret that no pets or ESA animals are permitted on board and will be turned away.
