Off-grid, without trade-offs.

The Villa 50 challenges the assumption that buildings are fixed, static, and land-bound. Instead, it introduces a new category: a self-powered, mobile architectural platform designed to adapt — physically, functionally, and environmentally. This isn't about life on the water. It's about redefining what a space can be.

Solar Canopy

Energy as infrastructure, not constraint.

At the core of the Villa 50 is a fully integrated solar-electric energy system, designed to enable off-grid operation without sacrificing comfort. 12 kW of bifacial solar panels feed a 126 kWh lithium-ion battery, generating and storing enough energy to support daily living independently.

A hybrid backup — shore power and a 15 kW generator — ensures reliability across extended stays. The result: a zero-emission environment where energy is harvested, stored, and deployed seamlessly.

Electric Propulsion

Precision mobility without compromise.

Unlike traditional yachts, the Villa 50 can operate on a fully electric propulsion system designed for efficiency, silence, and control.

  • Dual 50 kW electric thrusters with 360° rotation
  • Smooth joystick navigation for intuitive maneuverability
  • Cruising speed of 6 knots, top speed of 8 knots

Near-silent motion eliminates engine noise while reducing maintenance and environmental impact.

Hydraulic Terraces

Architecture that moves, expands, and responds.

Traditional buildings are constrained by their footprint. The Villa 50 isn't. Through a system of hydraulic terraces, the structure transforms in real time — expanding outward to more than double its usable width.

What begins as a compact form opens into a fully extended spatial environment, creating fluid transitions between interior and exterior zones — architecture that responds to use, rather than dictating it.

SELF-LIFTING SYSTEM

Elevated experiences above the waterline.

One of the most defining innovations is the self-lifting system. Instead of relying solely on anchoring, the Villa 50 deploys 22-foot hydraulic spuds that anchor into the seabed and lift the entire structure above the waterline.

This creates a level of stability that feels closer to land than sea — minimizing motion, improving comfort, and enabling long-term stays in place.
