To that end, we are granting each founding member a quarterly credit valued at $2,500+ to enjoy a variety of private ARKHAUS experiences now — giving you greater flexibility while encouraging you to fully enjoy ARKHAUS in its current form, from now until the end of this year.
We've outlined a selection of curated ways to use your credit below. When you're ready, simply reserve through the app and our team will coordinate the details to bring your experience to life.

The new & improved Member app is now live. In partnership with SevenRooms, your ARKHAUS reservations are now hosted in a private room within the newly launched SevenRooms booking app.
Good to know
On your phone, download the app for iPhone or for Android.
Once downloaded, the app will ask you to enter your phone number to log in. We strongly encourage enabling push notifications to use the in-app messaging system. From there, configure your profile and navigate to your "Rooms" where ARKHAUS will be available — click into the room and configure the time and size of your reservation.
Since the booking app defaults to an 8pm setting, try toggling to earlier reservation times in the top menu bar (we recommend 2pm for a more complete view). If the calendar is completely blank, closing out of the app and re-opening should do the trick.
If you're still having problems, use the "message" button in the app to reach an ARKHAUS crew member.
Credits are available to use once per quarter, and do not roll over to the next quarter if unused.
Reservations between April and June (Q2) have surpassed the redemption period. Booking for July through September (Q3) opens July 1 — be sure to redeem your Anchor Member Credit by August 31. Booking for October through December (Q4) opens September 1 — redeem your credit by October 31.
Nope! Member guests are free, according to the headcount listed in the event type you choose.
Nothing, we've got it covered! We do suggest a minimum gratuity of $100 if you enjoyed your trip, which may be given directly to your captain. However, if you cancel your reservation after the 48-hour cancellation window, you will be charged a crew fee of $500.
Each ARKHAUS charter requires 4 crew members: 1 ARKHAUS Captain, 1 Tender Captain, 1 Stewardess, and 1 Deckhand. Approximately $1,700 + gratuity (we recommend budgeting between $2,000–2,500).
ARKHAUS operates rain or shine. Enclosed limo tenders offer both indoor and outdoor seating options to and from the marina, and ARKHAUS features a fully enclosed lower deck, cleverly lifted above the waves for an uninterrupted, stable experience aboard. In the case of extreme weather conditions deemed unsafe by the Captain, your reservation will be transferred to a later date.
We advise keeping plans flexible for possible reschedules during the rainy season.
ARKHAUS does not provide in-house catering. Charterers may bring their own food & beverage aboard, or hire catering. A sampling of catering budgets:
*Delivery and suggested 20% gratuity not included. ARKHAUS can make personal introductions to vendors & caterers within these ranges — most require at least 72 hours notice.
You are free to bring any food & beverage on board, but please do not bring any glassware — yacht-safe glassware, dishes, and silverware will be provided on board. If you bring disposables, please consider eco-friendly options.
Marina landing fees only apply to bookings ending after 6pm.
Yes, extensions are available at $800/hr (member rate).
