ARKHAUS operates two identical event yachts, The Myth and The Legend. Book one for a party of 12 guests + charterer, or reserve both to double the footprint.
Capacity
Depending on event style, private events accommodate up to 26 people at one time — each vessel hosts a Charterer plus 12 guests, so a dual-vessel booking requires a second Charterer. Host a private fashion show, invite editors to a product launch, or celebrate a milestone aboard a floating paradise. With modular configurations and transport by private tender, your most important moments can be far more flexible than a traditional charter.
Private tender
All event bookings include private tender transportation to and from ARKHAUS. Enjoy the ride from the air-conditioned cabin, or catch the breeze from the spacious lounger at the helm. After a quick 10–15 minute ride, you and your guests arrive.

Good to know
A signed charter agreement with a 50% deposit of the charter fee is due to secure your date. The remaining 50% of the charter fee is due 14 days prior to your charter date.
Each Villa Yacht accommodates one Charterer and up to 12 guests at a time. Reserve two Villa Yachts to double your headcount across the two vessels. If reserving two vessels, note that each Villa Yacht requires its own Charterer and charter agreement, according to US Coast Guard bareboat charter regulation.
Each ARKHAUS charter requires 4 crew members: 1 ARKHAUS Captain, 1 Tender Captain, 1 Stewardess, and 1 Deckhand. Approximately $1,700 + gratuity (we recommend budgeting between $2,000–2,500). An additional ARKHAUS Captain and additional Deckhand is required when chartering both ARKHAUS yachts.
ARKHAUS operates rain or shine. Enclosed limo tenders offer both indoor and outdoor seating options to and from the marina, and ARKHAUS features a fully enclosed lower deck, cleverly lifted above the waves for an uninterrupted, stable experience aboard. In the case of extreme weather conditions deemed unsafe by the Captain, your charter will be transferred to a later date.
ARKHAUS does not provide in-house catering. Charterers may bring their own food & beverage aboard, or hire catering. A sampling of catering budgets:
*Delivery and suggested 20% gratuity not included. ARKHAUS can make personal introductions to vendors & caterers within these ranges — most require at least 72 hours notice.
You are free to bring any food & beverage on board, but please do not bring any glassware — yacht-safe glassware, dishes, and silverware will be provided on board. If you bring disposables, please consider eco-friendly options.
Marina landing fees only apply to bookings ending after 6pm.
